Navigating through life's changes and unsettling circumstances can be one of the most difficult experiences. My goal is to create a safe space by using a collaborative approach to support you in generating an increased self-awareness in recognizing that awareness is the first step to change. I encourage my clients to recognize their own strengths and resilience and learn to leverage them on their healing journey. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples who struggle with achieving true intimacy in their relationships. I work with a wide range of clients challenged by the impact of trauma, intimacy issues, anxiety, depression, situational stress, sexuality, betrayal, infidelity, grief, addictions, and PTSD.
Depression and anxiety are two of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that many people experience at some point in their lives. While working together, you can achieve a sense of control over your anxiety, regain motivation, develop a healthier perspective, and experience the feeling of joy.

I work closely with couples to support you in identifying specific issues to work through. Together we can discover your relationship strengths, practice conflict-resolution strategies for improved empathy and learn communication tools to increase vulnerability and restore trust.
